Description

The grafana dashboard has already been uploaded to the grafana. This is to persist the dashboard for the long term.

Can you share the link to the dashboard ? (Reviewing that amount of json isn't exactly fun ^^)

Here is the link: https://grafana-aicoe-infra-prod.apps.ocp4.prod.psi.redhat.com/ These are old dashboards just copied from https://grafana.datahub.redhat.com/dashboard to the new deployment. and added in this PR just for persistence.
