Persist advise results for multiple workflows triggered on a same pull request #46

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The comments generated by actions should persist when multiple workflows using the action are triggered instead of being updated by the comment containing the result of the latest advise generated. This could be useful for users that have a workflow file per overlay, to persist the advise results for all overlays in a same pull request.

Describe the solution you'd like

Enable persisting comments in sticky-pull-request action used to display advise results when multiple workflows use the Thoth action.
