No USB connection

What steps will reproduce the problem?

USB connection to PC not working

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Samsung Galaxy Ace 2
Android version 2.3.6
Build number Gingerbread.XXLH3

Please provide any additional information below.
When installed I have no USB data connection, so I am not able to tether, 
backup, etc. The phone will charge though. When un-installed I have FULL USB 
connection.

This is a great application and works great on my Samsung Galaxy S and the 
works Samsung Galaxy Ace 2, appart from the USB connection on the Ace 2.
