[Timeriffic] Enable GPS Control #64

Since Timeriffic already allows me to schedule everything from volume to 
controls, the one I would really like to see is the ability to turn on/off GPS.

You've already got Wifi, Bluetooth, 3G/2G (through APNdroid) and Airplane mode, 
but it would be really nice to be able to turn the GPS on/off since I need it 
everyday when commuting to work to keep an eye on traffic so I can change 
course if things are really bad.

I sometimes forget to turn the GPS on before opening Car Home and I almost 
always forget to turn GPS off.

Thank you for the Media Volume enhancement by the way!  I've enjoyed this app 
even more since you added that a couple months ago!

I understand that this process is reportedly unorthodox 
(http://developer.android.com/resources/articles/future-proofing.html -- #2), 
but then again, considering that Timeriffic does, it's already breaking this 
"unwritten" rule, now isn't it? :)
