[Timeriffic] Add the ability to suspend email-notifications #71

It would be nice to be able to schedule when email-notifications are on. With 
this feature, you could still be notified of new SMS-messages at night, but are 
not disturbed of new emails.

I already looked into this and as far as I can tell, that's not possible.
Timeriffic can control the *global* notification setting.

However both the SMS and the email or gmail apps have their own *private* 
settings on how they deal with notifications. The Android security model 
prevents Timeriffic from modifying these apps' private settings.
