'Notification uses ring volume' is broken in 1.09.09 #89

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  In Android Sound settings, uncheck "use incoming call volume for 
notifications", and set the notification volume differently from the ringtone 
volume.
2.  Create a Timeriffic profile and action with Notification volume set as 
"Notification uses ring volume."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the system's "use incoming call volume for notifications" setting to 
be turned on when the Timeriffic action is triggered, but instead the setting 
remains off and the notification volume is unchanged.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Timeriffic 1.09.09 under CyanogenMod 6.0.0 (Android 2.2) on the Motorola Droid. 

I have tried wiping Timeriffic's data and recreating a profile and action to 
test the setting, and it still has the problem.  
Timeriffic 1.09.07 and all previous versions did not have this problem.  I 
restored Timeriffic 1.09.07, and it is still working fine on my phone.
