Alphafade breaking on respawning characters with shaders. #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place 2 or more characters with shaders in map (zombie apocalypse chars 
exhibit the issue 100% of the time).  In editor set them to respawn when dead 
and set them to respawn many times.  Give them low hitpoints to make testing 
faster.  Place player marker and giver yourself a gun and plenty of ammo.
2. Build testgame and start killing zombies.
3. Observe that usually by the 3rd respawn the alpha fade is bugged.  
Characters either appear ghost-like ot totally invisible with only blob shadow 
showing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect them to not look like ghosts or invisible but they are.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7-64bit SP1, v1.18

Please provide any additional information below.
Bug does not seem to occur if only 1 character in the map.  With 2 or more 
characters (same character or different ones) the bug will happen.  For my 
tests I was using Bond1 slow zombies with zombie_apocalypse.fx shader assigned. 
 Characters were unarmed and running Dark AI.

Although perhaps not a proper fix, this bug can be short-circuted by modifying 
the .fx shader file following Bond1's instructions here...
