What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a level with water
2. Test game and jump into water
3. Observe that water visibility is clear like air.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Looking through water should degrade visibilty.

Test conditions:
Tested on FPSC V118 beta 6. Full Shaders on.
Windows Vista, 3 GHZ Core2Duo, GeForce 8800
