Dynamic Objects are culled when underwater #3

As the title says, Dynamic Objects are culled underwater, technically making 
Water Physics pointless as anything that floats halfway under the surface is 
barely visible.. Looks awkward too.

Sort of, objects are only not rendered if they are using a shader. For some 
reason the water cameras cannot see the  object. This is an issue with DBPro 
that I've asked Lee to look into.
