Map Editor Crashes on launch.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launching FPSC on my PC, after updating to 1.18 B5 and onwards.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The map editor should open. Instead, the error;
"Could not find function '?SetObjectEffectCore@ @YAXHHH@Z' in 
552:DBProBasic3DDebug.dll".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V1.18 Beta7 / Windows 7Home Premium 64-bit 4GB RAM

Please provide any additional information below.
Previous versions do not seem to have this problem.

UPDATE:
Issue resolved by deleting DBProBasic... library file.
