Model pack 11/12 segments not display correctly #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build a room with these segment
2. Tutn on full shaders
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Segments should appear correctly
Segments don't cull correctly without shaders and don't display correctly with 
full shaders on.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V118.Beta 8
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Please attach FPM of the level, ensure only stock media is used.

I've attached the FPM as requested. This uses media from Artiera Sci-fi pack 
one. I've since noticed that none of Artiera's entities show at all. This FPM 
also demonstrates this issue.

Please provide a STOCK level, thanks. I cannot deal with bugs that use third 
party assets at this stage, as I am focusing on issues that relate directly to 
the core engine and the default stock media. Majority vs minority for V118 :)

I will look at model packs in V119, as I am sure there will be a few issues 
with all the new features!

Just to confirm the email information, this problem goes away if you replace 
the JPG textures for DDS or PNG ones. If you can confirm this, we can deal with 
the model pack in the background and close this bug?

I have added a screenshot of model pack 11 using the png format.  As you can 
see it is working with no problems and with full shaders on.  I am currently 
running 118 beta 8.

I have converted model pack 12 to use png format and it is working as it should.

This is using full shaders and I have enabled bump on the segments.
