Sound system not working properly? #45

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have any level play music of shoot a gun

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The music will only play half of the song then it will repeat and go back to 
the beginning without ending properly. The gun sound does the same. It plays a 
little bit of the sound and goes back to the beginning without finishing the 
sound.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FPSC V1.18 Beta 9
Windows XP Pro
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried replacing the sounds with V1.17 but that didn't work.

Please provide the EXACT sound you are referring to, and the step by step from 
a fresh execution of the program what needs to be done to reproduce this issue. 
It seems odd to select a gun shot sound effect as your background music?

No I don't have the gun sound as my background, I have music. Sorry if I was 
unclear.

The background music now works fine in the latest version but the shooting 
sound of a gun is still not working right. I have attached what it sounds like.
The gun shooting is the Uzi Stock Weapon. To me it sounds like it repeats the 
sound after it has finsihed rather than repeating to make it sound like a gun 
effect if you know what I mean.

Do you mean the sound should be much more rapid, like a quicker play of the 
subsequent shot sound overlapping the first so you get a rapid-fire effect 
occurring?

Yeah.

Listen to the sounds I attached then listen to the gun sounds in game in an 
older version. The older version sounds more rapid and more gunlike.

I have modified the Tavor to fireloop of 500 and adjusted muzzle flash position 
to look like the original gun for Beta 13. Please report any other default 
weapon snags.
