default newblossershaders causing issues with some model pack walls #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. See attached fpm's
2. Depedning on model pack a different problem occurs. See below
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Either a wall that is not black or dark. A dark blob not appearing on the wall

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This is a confirmation with Nicky Dude. I am using W7.

Please provide any additional information below.

I have only tested for Model Pack 8 (Dark Egypt) and Model Pack 46 (London). 

Post-processing set to 1. newblossershaders set to 1.
Visuals set to "Full Shader Effects"
Light Shadows set to High.

I forgot to say that the product is v1.18 I have integrated your release fixes 
through r420. I probably expect that this is something you will not address 
until later but I assume it should be looked into as it does deal with official 
TGC model packs. ;)

What version of the product are you using? BETA9? Do you have the file 
normal.dds in the folder "Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators\FPS 
Creator\Files\texturebank\common"?

Yes, I have normal.dds in that folder. Must have been put there by beta 9 as it 
has a date of 2011/2/11. Isn't that a coincidence. :)

I don't know what made me think it was the blosser shaders. I did a couple of 
more tests.

1. no light with everything on. No blob. 
2. light with newblossershaders set to 0 and bloom set to 1. blob.
3. light with newblossershaders set to 1 and bloom set to 0. blob.
4. newblossershaders set to 0 and bloom set to 0. blob.
5. Full shaders off. newblossershaders set to 1 and bloom set to 1. NO BLOB.

Nickydude is biting at the bit to get this fixed. ;)  Obviously he has an 
Egyptian game he's working on. :)

The London segments have a problem as I mention before. The bathroom, grunge 
and bloody segments are totally black. The cracked segment is dark but almost 
acceptable. 

I don't know if I mentioned this but you have to have at least one light in the 
room for the blob to show up. A light in the London segments will show the 
bloom but will not light up the whole room. If no light then totally black.
