Fog #63

1. go to the setuplevel.fpi
2. fog=1,fogred=10,foggreen=20,fogblue=10
3. run test game

Fog is visible only on entity.

I use 1.18 BETA 10 

Win XP 32-bit

GeForce 9800GT 512MB

3.5 GB RAM

processor 2X 2.01

I did reproduce a bug meaning fog would NOT affect characters or entities, but 
it would affect the scenery (static geometry). Fixed in Beta 13 to fog all 
these elements which full shaders OFF and no post processing used. Fog is not 
supported for full effects on or for post processing (except for underwater 
fogging effect).
