Stock segments show up black. #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Shaders and lighting set to full
2. Only static lights and entities placed in map
3. Run test build

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to see stock sci-fi segments.
Stock sci-fi segments show up black instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.18 beta 14 through 17
Windows XP Pro
AMD Athlon XP2100+
1GB Ram
Nvidia Beforce 6200A

Please provide any additional information below.

Adding 2 dynamic lights will make the stock sci-fi segments show up as they 
should. I've never put in, or needed to put in dynamic lights before 1.18 beta 
14, as everything always worked fine.

I did steps 1-3.

One static light (NO dynamic lights), 1 static entity, and one dynamic 
character.

The segments are from prefab WWII bunker deleting the door.

Works fine. 

I would say it is the video card. I had tried this same issue weeks (maybe 
months now)  since it was brought up. I tried it on a machine that had an old 
ATI Radeon card. I was able to duplicate this issue with this machine. The 
dynamic lights took care of it. On my laptop, I have an older NVIDIA card but 
newer than yours. It worked fine. It also works on my Development machine which 
is a very up to date machine. 

I suggest you continue to use the two dynamic lights until you can purchase a 
new video card. 

This probably won't be take care of for v1.18 since it is not a show stopper as 
you can use the two dynamic lights. But Lee is aware of this issue and will 
probably look at again for v1.19.
