Include wodu, modu, sea ducks #1

If the waterfowl status report is to provide information on the status of all waterfowl or "managed waterfowl" then we should consider including modu, wodu, and sea ducks since some information is available for inclusion on an annual basis.

Would include this in broader topic "What spp./pop to include" - and combine with Issue #5 (Trumpeters).

For geese, other spp./populations not currently included but may be worth discussion: 1) Tule white-fronted geese (have info) 2) Nene (have info) 3) Vancouver CAGO (no existing survey, some info) 4) eastern high Arctic brant (no existing survey, little to no info)
