Comments not working for bottom half of blog post #278

Carnival is prompting users to comment on the first half of the blog post, but not the second half: https://robots.thoughtbot.com/how-to-send-transactional-emails-from-rails-with-mandrill

It looks like our selector doesn't pick up li tags.
