New Comment button not appearing at certain screen sizes #281

Steps to reproduce: On a 27" thunderbolt display, visit a blog post such as https://robots.thoughtbot.com/no-newline-at-end-of-file Resize your browser window to half of your screen's width (in my case 1280px wide) Mouseover the comment area (right side of paragraph)

Expected outcome: I expect to see the add a comment button

Actual outcome: Nothing appears

Workaround: Resize your browser to 1366px wide. Try again; commenting works now

commenting is turned off on the blog, i think
