Rename cocaine to terrapin #103

This has been a long time coming. Here's the PR that will change the name of the cocaine gem to Terrapin. It leaves cocaine a shell (pun not intended) of its former self, pointing all functionality to Terrapin and renaming the Terrapin constant to Cocaine.

In the testing we've done, this works 100% A-OK. I'm going to leave this PR open for a week or two the gather comments and to serve as a warning that this is coming in case anyone thinks it may matter (odds are very high that they won't, IMHO).

This is live in that the alpha gem is out there and this is in master. The real 0.6.0 gem won't get pushed until 1/26 or 2/2, at which point this will be "real".
