Some files are currently organised in way that will make merging with design-dot more difficult

We are planning to merge this repo into design-dot. To make that easier we can do some tidying up:

• Move any design sprint specific templates into the sprint-guide subfolder.
• Move any design sprint specific data into a sprint-guide subfolder.
• Move any design sprint specific images into a sprint-guide subfolder.
• Update the contribution guides
