This updates Jest and Prettier to latest versions. It also resolves the security vulnerability for node-notifier, which is a dependency of Jest:

Dependabot cannot update node-notifier to a non-vulnerable version The latest possible version of node-notifier that can be installed is 7.0.2.

The earliest fixed version is 8.0.1.
