Authors string from gemspec renders badly in Rubygems page

Trivial issue, but the authors string from the the gemspec is shown like this on the Rubygems page for this gem:

Dominic Sayers &amp; Caleb Thompson

Consider changing the string to Dominic Sayers, Steve Smith and Caleb Thompson.

gemspec amended. Rubygems will be fixed when the gem is next built.
