Update ctags installation command #586

The tap universal-ctags is not available anymore and these are the official instructions to install ctags.

Hm. On a fresh install of macOS Montery the existing command works fine for me.

Please disregard my previous comment, I see now that it does fail, it just doesn't halt the script so I had missed it previously.

I confirmed that this works on a fresh install of macOS Monterey. Thank you very much for the contribution and sorry it took so long to merge.
