Uncomment grid-settings #34

Since we are using Neat, we probably want to include grid-setttings.

Oh, it looks like grid-settings is going away. Feel free to close this, since that should happen soon.

@cllns It is going away, but Neat 2.0 won't be out for quite a while I suspect. We can merge this now and then update when Neat (and Bitters) change in the future. Thanks!
