Update dependencies #39

I wasn't able to resolve this security issue with npm audit fix or npm audit fix --force. This PR is my attempt to resolve it by using npm outdated and then manually specifying the latest versions.

@enatario would you be able to do the release? Happy to pair with you on it as I have not done an npm package release before.
