Remove testing for eol ruby #20

@elisuh Thank you for giving this gem some love :)

It's probably a good idea to remove old eol gems from the testing matrix to make the maintanance of this gem more easy. That should probably "fix" https://github.com/thoughtbot/terrapin/pull/15

Maybe the README.md can have a hint that older rubies are not testet but might still work.

I agree this is the way to go, terrapin seeing very few changes, EOL ruby users will be able to pin it to 0.6
