Background

Until now, themes have been responsible for getting, validating and outputing social media links for Guest Authors.

We've tried this multiple different ways and have found some that work better than others.

We should move at least the getting and validating into the plugin, and possibly provide a default output format that themes can override.

Details

Get social media "links" as an array of objects or arrays that include everything a theme might need to actually build the <a> elements.
- Themes might need icons, which shouldn't be part of this plugin. How to deal with that?
When getting links, accept an array of platform names so its possible to get 1 or more specific platforms.
Continue to support either usernames or URLs in the contact info field data.
