Start global functions file, add functions getting author on profile page

Added global-functions file.
Added functions allowing a theme developer to retrieve the requested author object on the author archive template, as well as determining if that author is a guest author.
Updated class files with @since version comments.

Evidence of get and has functions working in author archive template. I was able to log correct values.
