Working databricks syncer #102

Created the databricks syncer. Adding the initial working databricks syncer.

During the initial testing, we noticed that the ssl certificates were not installed. We had to install the certificates(/Applications/Python x.y/Install Certificates.command) to successfully connect to databricks.
