Export puzzles instead of printing #17

Most of the puzzle definition files just call (puzzle-card ...) at the top level. I changed boolean-algebra-puzzles.rkt so that it packages the puzzles as a list of expressions and a list of images and exports both.

Uses that file as a guide and to the same for any other files that are defining puzzles.
