As a NGO I want to create a profile for my NGO So that people can find my NGO to give donations

Profile fields:

NGO name - Contact - Address - City - Country - Phone - E-mail - Website - Other comments (goals of the NGO and needs)

Bug: when there are validation errors, the submit button text changes from 'register' to 'update'.

I will add a verification to consider also the "create" state for a controller, not only "new".
