Fix DNS issue

• For some places http://letshelp.it and http://www.letshelp.it don't work
• For some places http://letshelp.it doesn't work, but http://www.letshelp.it works

Additionally, letshelp.it redirects to letshelpit.heroku.com I think it should mantain the original URL

I have added custom domains basic add-on from Heroku to Let's Help It.

Now we have only http://letshelp.it as an access point to the app. GoDaddy domain updated.
