Visual identity and layout update #38

Totally new visual identity for the application--from layout to brand, giving life to it in a unique way while leaving room for more improvements, like new features and enhanced messaging, which I'm more than willing to contribute in the days to come.

The idea came from a chat with Daniel Wildt and the huge interest from my part to contribute to such a great app.

It's fully functional in all browsers, although it might require a few pixel-perfecting fixes. There's more work to do, but before iterate over it, I believe we should test, deploy and then collaboratively figure out where we want to go from here.

Let me know your thoughts and please send me whatever feedback you have on the VID/layout revamp!

I created a new branch 'new_layout' and pulled the commits to this new branch.

I also deployed it to http://letshelpit-dev.heroku.com for testing purposes.
