I want to upload my specific need
so that I can tell the donors what I need most
Acceptance criteria
GIVEN a NGO has a specific need (e.g. 10 kg of rice)
WHEN it goes to let's help it website
AND he opens the organization details
AND selects edit
AND type the password
THEN he sees a "create need" option
GIVEN he goes to "create needs"
THEN he must write its need
AND write a description
AND its tags (food, clothes, volunteer work, etc)
GIVEN the NGO wants to finish the creation
WHEN it selects a create option
THEN the need is saved
AND the needs list page is shown
GIVEN the NGO wants to cancel the creation
WHEN it selects an cancel option
THEN it goes back to NGO edit form page
