Add brew installation step to readme #410 #426

Have updated the brew installation command in the readme as alternative installation. Any feedback on any other details to be added for the brew installation process will be helpful !

@antoprince001 — Thanks for the PR. Is the brew installation working well for you? We don't maintain those installation scripts.

Yes, I was able to install the latest version v1.31.0 using brew @jmatias Screenshot 2023-05-28 at 5 38 32 PM
