From that log everything appears to be working properly with this plugin.
The Home Connect API has indicated that the Hood appliances is NOT connected to the Home Connect cloud servers, so it is not possible for this plugin to communicate with it to read the full details of its supported features. Hence, initialisation of that appliance is being delayed until the appliance connects.
If the appliance is not accessible via the Home Connect API then there’s nothing that this plugin can do to fix it. It is either an issue with your appliance or the API servers. It doesn’t look like there have been any major issues with the API servers for the last few days, so it is more likely to be an issue with the connection from your Hood appliance. Perhaps it has a poor Wi-Fi connection and doesn’t maintain a stable connection.
In the absence of any further information I assume that there isn't a problem with the plugin so am closing this issue.
Alex, apologies for not getting back to you. The appliance was operable from connect app but just not from Homebridge app and Homekit app. After your inputs are tried a few things and one of these was to remove the appliance from connect app and re-connecting it to the network. This change made everything work as expected. Thank you for your support and followup.
