Improved stability, added more options #6

Added argument parsing
Switched to ultimate.json
Added more verbosity
Added checking for valid mp3
Added possibility to download a certain list of words
Added possibility to choose preferred source for downloads
Added word "what" to dictionary (ultimate.json)
Updated readme

Could you please explain in details how to use this, for those who unfortunately no nothing about Python at present? For example, how to use this option - "Added possibility to download a certain list of words"? Is it added to the initial code?

pls share me french or spanish Mp3 data if you can? I got English Mp3 already ( more than 100K files) Or I can exchange with you.
