Feature suggestion - rate limit #710

Hi, I'd like to suggest a feature - rate limit setting for discord. As of now, there's no possibility to use discord hook due to the rate limit.

Is there any documentation on how Discord's hooks are rate-limited? Maybe you need to create a different webhook for different things?
