Normally, there is repression of PIP2E by AGL15, and this seems to be what's happening indeed. But how to depict this in the network? "increases_regulation" could be misleading and interpreted as "upregulation"

at5g51850 is also negatively DE, but is usually upregulated by AGL15, thus there the differential type is "decrease_regulation"

AGL15 -> PIP2E should indeed be a decrease of regulation

at5g13790 (AGL15) increases_regulation at2g39010 (PIP2E) --> how can this be, when PIP2E is negatively DE and AGL15 is not DE?
