Hoping to find ERF6 back, as well as possibly other yet unknown upstream regulators

Added kinase - target relationships from PhosPhAt, though this doesn't solve the ERF6 issue (ERF6 is now regulated by e.g. MPK3, but no data on the targets of ERF6 itself)

updated atregnet (still from 2010) contains less data?! For now, I'll stay with the version as I got it from CORNET ... and with the kinase-target relations, we already get quite some more (ptm) regulatory associations.
