latest 1-all comparison, cutoff 5:

increase_PPI between at2g46600 and CML42 (at4g20780), but neither of the two is DE?! Is the virtual edge wrongly missing, or should the increase_PPI not be there?

In the same figure, shouldn't MPK3 also get a virtual edge?

MPK3 might not be a bug: probably has DE partners (to check)

at2g46600 is up @ 1.5h (FDR 0.0), 3h (FDR 0.09), 12h (FDR 0.02), but not up at 24h (FDR 0.11) at4g20780 is up @ 3h (FDR 0.0), 12h (FDR 0.03), 24h (FDR 0.00), but not up at 1.5h (FDR 0.24)

--> This is not a bug but actually correct behaviour and an interesting case!

MPK3 is not DE at 3h, but is DE at all other time-points
