collections in diffany tab #230

I just opened a previous Diffany session in cytoscape, uninstalled the plugin, saved and quit. Opened it again, saw my previous networks, and (re)installed the diffany plugin. The Diffany tab now says "No Collections", even though I definitely have one with 8 proper networks in it?

The model doesn't scan existing network collections. It only adds collections upon network creation. Installing the plugin when networks are already loaded, circumvents this trigger.
