Create Cytoscape repository #239

To distribute the App using the Cytoscape App manager.

App store seems to have become much more complicated than the Cytoscape 2 XML-file. Probably not worth the complete setup to host a single App.

Giving up on this one. Managed to get Cytoscape to accept the JSON object containing 

[{"fullname": "Diffany", "icon_url": "", "page_url": "http://bioinformatics.psb.ugent.be/","description": "Description","downloads": 0,"stars_percentage": 5,"votes": 1,"tags": ["differential networks" ],"releases": [{ "release_download_url": "http://localhost","created_iso": "2014-12-01","version": "1.0.0-RC","works_with": "","hexchecksum": "","notes": ""}]}]

Now Cytoscape is not throwing errors anymore. It plainly ignores the "repo"

Closing this. Combo of Cytoscape bugs and lacking of documentation.
