real_bullet_size is outdated, and does not support EoSD and games after HSiFS.
EoSD: THCrap has since added full support for EoSD. And resized EoSD bullets already exist
VD: Violet Detector mostly reuses existing shot types from previous games. The only one that needs looking into is Dream Sumireko's zener cards.
WBaWC: I believe Yachie's "Tortoise Sign" bullets are new. There's also Mayumi and Keiki's haniwas,
