Add hint to avoid static English patches #124

Or we could replace all the "English patch" in versions.js with "English patch (not recommended). This screen is too big, I think everyone just click next without reading. While, if we display it next to a choice the user need to do, the user have to read it. But... This is most important for th06, and I think most english-patched versions don't have a working JP version with them. In that case, there will be only one exe and the choice won't be displayed.

What about both?
