Wine Error #202

I recently switched over to a new Ubuntu OS and thcrap no longer functions. Whenever I try to run a patched version of the game (Touhou 8, if it helps) it gives me the wine error "L'Could not open thcrap\thcraploader.exe". I have already tried many solutions given in other threads, such as copying all .dll files from the bin to the main thcrap directory, it doesn't fix the problem. I would seriously appreciate some help here. Thank you in advance.

this seems like a similair issue to https://github.com/thpatch/thcrap/issues/206. Check the permissions on your games and thcrap and make sure they're set right
