This is my first post so please forgive me if I have some mistakes on ToS and point it out for me.
I can de-compile dat files included character's dialogue lines into "txt.file" by using thmsg.exe.
However, It does not work when I wanna compile dialogue "txt.file" into dialogue "dat.file".
It outputs the error message thmsg.exe:C:\Users\{USERNAME}\{PATH}\{filename}: no parse: ・・e.
I guess the message means thmsg.exe can't parse double-byte characters like "・" and Japanese.
If so, it seems it can't work when we wanna translate between japanese and the others.
