Remember last selected Debug option

In the new version of the extension we get a drop down instead of a button for debugging which is awesome! Love it!

I do think that it has to remember the last selected one is.

Looking awesome though!

Previously, vscode could remember the last selection, but now it's not working. This is not controlled by extension.
