link to survey #149

tucker/mark need to put up the survey and let me know where to link to it from (presumably at the end of the sim)

Going through the surveys-- they need another hour or so of work. I also need to connect with Mark after he lands to ask an important question. For the purposes of the article, I'm unsure if we need the survey data to be attached to user data from the system. If we do need that, we'll need to ask for names and probably connect the two afterwords.

In the meantime, some info:

  1. Surveys will be in google forms.
  2. There are three surveys in all: a pre and post (focusing on content and outcomes), and a separate, simple survey for gathering feedback on the site itself. Putting those links somewhere simple would be ideal. Maybe just another tab that says "evaluation" or something like that, and a page that has all three links.
