Rules need to handle more complex constraints, specifically or operations and predicate filters. These need to be allowed in the r macro, and handled in the compiler

Compiler handling:

Predicate filters only operate on already bound vars, so these can be dropped when searching for dependencies.
Each branch of an OR operation can potentially fire a rule, so include all sub-clauses
